Schedule a Consultation

Call or email our office to tell us about your project details, budget, and goals.

We will schedule an appointment with our estimator.

Develop a plan

Once we review your details, our estimator determines the various steps needed to complete your project.

Set a Preliminary Budget & Sign the Contract

Our estimator will work with you to determine price and cost estimations and your overall budget for the project. We draw up a contract for you to sign that covers all the details.

Make Material Selections

You meet with various service providers/subcontractors to make your selections of finishes (tile, flooring, cabinets, etc)

Throughout the project, the Youngren team can provide provide selection assistance through Contractor service providers and suppliers to help coordinate timelines and work flow

Scheduling

Based on project timeline, material availability, and our current schedule, we set up dates and times for each phase of the project to take place.

Keep in mind that we do our best to adhere to this schedule, but adjustments and changes often occur throughout the construction process due to factors outside our control.

Work Performed

Now the dust begins to fly as construction begins on your project!

Our construction project manager will keep you updated on scheduling, unexpected changes, and necessary adjustments as we go. We are always available for any questions or needs you may have during construction.

Completion & Final Walkthrough

Your masterpiece is complete! Our construction project manager walks you through the finished space, ensuring you are completely satisfied with the results.
