Our clients have a beautiful property in Fallbrook, and wanted to design and build a custom detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) next to the main house. This would ensure comfortable accommodations for their family, friends, and other guests and travelers. They really wanted the new building to blend seamlessly with the style of their existing house. So the Youngren Construction team worked hard to ensure all the finishes, structure, and layout worked seamlessly with the entire property. 

This custom ADU features a beautiful bright kitchen with hanging wire pendant lights, unique blue cabinets on a kitchen island, a walk in shower, and comfortable bedroom and seating area for guests to enjoy. The construction process went very smoothly, and our clients are very happy with their new accessible dwelling unit.
