Our clients needed a full bathroom remodel in their Fallbrook, CA home so they could comfortably age in place. Youngren Construction’s team drafted and designed this en suite master bathroom. Working closely with the clients, the Youngren team remodeled the bathroom in just 12 weeks.
Among the many safety features that included easy-moving cabinet pulls and faucet handles, grab bars were installed in the gorgeous new shower and even incorporated into the toilet roll holder. Substructures were built in the spacious, floor-level shower with an eye toward future grab bars. After removal of the tub, existing cabinetry was preserved, extended, and painted in colors selected by the client with help from Jen Youngren.
Now our clients can safely enjoy their beautiful new bathroom for many years to come. The style and design perfectly complements the elegant yet immensely livable style of their residence, which celebrates their love of Native American art discovered on their travels.
