This house in Murrieta sits on an amazing piece of property with a beautiful view. But the house is older, and had small, boxed-in rooms, and a tiny kitchen. The kitchen only had a view of the driveway.

Our client wanted the space opened up for a more spacious feel, better views, and a more modern layout to suit her needs. The Youngren team knocked down walls and opened up the ceilings, creating a large, open feel by combining the living space with the kitchen.

We worked with Youngren Tradeworks to add bifold doors, opening the room to that stunning view and allowing natural light to flood in. We also added a fireplace with a stone façade and cabinets for storage. Next came 2 new bathrooms, complete with larger showers that look fantastic. Finally, a brand new entryway provides a warm welcome to our client and her visitors.
