Our client wanted to remodel the living room in her 1980’s home. Together, we came up with a beautiful, modern look that complements her open floorplan.
This full living room remodel included completely reinventing the space with open and functional layout. We installed new custom alder cabinets, new satin finished granite countertops, new custom designed and fabricated “floating” dining table, and new tile flooring and baseboards. With fresh paint on the walls and ceiling, updated plumbing & electrical fixtures, and new lighting, this space completely transforms the home and adds so much property value as well.

My house was built in 1988 & needed a complete remodeling. Call me crazy but I wanted to live in the house with my fur babies while it was under construction. They made every accommodation possible and more. They even built me a temporary ramp to get around while the tile flooring was being installed. I really got to know all the workers. Phase II was the kitchen, dinning room, TV room & living room. Scott & Jen came out for phase II and I was so impressed with the vision & scope of work that they both suggested. I now have a stunning dream kitchen. I have the most gorgeous 7ft granite breakfast bar/dinning table that separates my extra large kitchen from my new living room. JC’s fabrication work is exquisite! I have a an extra large island, gorgeous custom cabinets & tile throughout my house.
