This new commercial construction project was a big accomplishment for our company: commercial condominiums & flex warehouse spaces for small business owners.

Built in Missoula, Montana, our team created the concept, designed, coordinated the pre-construction planning, site preparation, and building construction from our Fallbrook, California office.

The project is a 36,000 square foot commercial flex warehouse space divided into individual units. Each of the 13 units range from approximately 1,556 to 4,050 square feet, with flexible floor plans and demising walls that allow adjoining units to be combined, creating larger spaces to accommodate future growth.

The units each include an office and bathroom up front and large warehouse space in the back (with a roll up door and semi access). These spaces are really ideal for small business owners who want to own their own space.

The building is designed and built to withstand the test of time. Our goal was to keep the building looking beautiful as well as functional.
