We are proud to showcase this project for AGA Architectural Glass and Aluminum, who needed commercial tenant improvement done on one of their buildings in Murrieta, CA.

Youngren Construction was tasked with complete design, permitting and construction of the interior buildout. After conducting  preliminary budgets prior to designing and throughout the plan process, we stayed within the original budget as much as possible. Our team worked closely with the AGA team to ensure the space met the needs of their team members, and embodied an aesthetic in line with their brand, products, and services.

Over the course of the project, our team completely renovated the 2-story, giving the space a beautiful new lobby, 18 offices, 2 conference rooms, a kitchen for the office staff and a kitchen for the warehouse staff. The Youngren Construction team loves taking on commercial tenant improvement projects like this, due to the huge improvement in utilizing the space, improving the appearance, and making the building as safe as possible for the employees.

Now the AGA team has a beautiful, functional new space to continue working on their projects and serving their clients. We are grateful to their team for trusting Youngren Construction to bring this incredible new space to life.
