We are proud to showcase this project for Alloy Personal Training Encinitas, who wanted a tenant improvement commercial remodel for this new location. This project consisted of renovating an existing 1,700 square foot space inside of a shopping center, which used to be a plain classroom.
The Youngren Construction team and subcontractors completely renovated the existing space with new flooring, raising ceilings, new electrical, sound deadening drywall, painting, millwork (cabinet installs), bathroom remodels, T-bar ceiling repair, and new vinyl scrim at the ceiling.
This project took 10 weeks from start to finish, and our clients are very happy and plan on doing more in the future.
Now the Alloy team has a beautiful, functional new space to continue helping their clients get fit and feel their best. We are grateful to their team for trusting Youngren Construction to bring this incredible new space to life.
