We are proud to showcase this exterior remodel project for the Lake Arrowhead Village peninsula common area. This beautiful shopping, dining, and entertainment destination is located in the scenic San Bernardino Mountains.
The common area from the previous Center Stage to the Water’s edge has been completely reimagined. We reworked the front entry with a grand staircase with custom light fixtures. Aging asphalt walkways are replaced with new interlocking pavers. The walkways are complemented by fresh landscaping, upgraded lighting, and full ADA accessibility.
There are also several new gathering areas featuring aluminum trellises, comfortable seating, and cozy gas lit fireplaces. A large central lawn features synthetic turf for a mud-free picnic spot. Visitors also enjoy a new 1,400 square foot dining deck at the back of the property, a newly repaved parking lot, and a new storm drain system.
This exterior renovation project has completely transformed the outdoor space here on the Lake Arrowhead Village peninsula. Safely walkable paths, lighted stairs, showstopping pavers, cozy fireplaces, and stunning pergolas. These exciting changes have made the Peninsula perfect for relaxing, dining, and socializing.
