Step inside this beautiful full kitchen renovation by Youngren Construction for Wild Wonders Wildlife Conservation in Bonsall, California.
This 5-acre wild animal refuge is a forever home to over 100 animal ambassadors from all over the world. The team relies on this kitchen to prepare food for the animals, team members, and visitors. It needs to be practical, efficient, and well-suited to heavy use. Our client’s goal was to maximize space and efficiency for the space while updating the look to be more clean, modern, and natural.
Built in 1991, this kitchen had honey oak cabinets, a large ceiling inset, a bar area, and outdated appliances. The Youngren Construction team fully overhauled the space, redesigning the layout to optimize for traffic flow, storage space, usable countertops, and a more open look and feel.
The stunning white cabinets, quartz countertops, and warm wood laminate floors make the space feel so much more light and welcoming, homey and natural. With updated shelving and a countertop in the walk-in pantry, the space is able to be practical and efficient for the center’s needs.
