Senator Joel Anderson nominated Youngren Construction for San Diego County Corporation of the Year Award, and Homes For Our Troops for the San Diego Meritorious Support of Veterans. For 28 years, the Veterans Museum has hosted the San Diego County Veteran of the Year Program. Nominees in four categories-San Diego County Veteran of the Year, the Will Hays Lifetime Support of Veterans, Veterans Allegiance Award, and the San Diego Meritorious Support of Veterans Award are selected as winners and announced at the annual recognition luncheon.
