Our clients have a beautiful property in Fallbrook. But something was missing . . . this empty dirt patch was just sitting there, taking up space. So they had an idea to build something amazing. They came to Youngren Construction with their idea, and our team turned it into a reality. Led by supervisor JC, plans for a custom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) started to take form.
Our client’s favorite feature is the outstanding outdoor kitchen and living space, complete with an outdoor sink, barbeque, spacious farmhouse table, in-ceiling heaters, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage. The accordion Cantina doors allow the inside space to seamlessly integrate with the deck and patio for a spacious, communal feeling.
